We made it to the city of winds – Baku!
In this wonderful city, we had two info sessions! One as a part of Estonian Universities’ info session tour and another was organized for those who particularly interested in studying BioE and S&T at the University of Tartu.
During the second info session Dr. Ilona Faustova, the head of both bachelor’s in Science&Technology and master’s in Bioengineering programmes spoke about studying process, illustrated career opportunities of graduates, explained the application process.
And our second-year S&T student talked about her experience of living in Tartu, studying S&T and participating in the worldwide synthetic biology competition-iGEM.
Our info sessions in Baku went surprisingly well. We were glad to meet so many smart students and answer their questions.
